| 摘 要： | 食品安全问题已经引起了广泛的关注，而现有的手段已不能很好地解决食品的追溯和评估问题，文章根据RFID技术的特点，提出了从“农场到餐桌”（From Farm to Fork）用RFID技术保证食品安全的解决方案，介绍了系统业务流程、体系架构与实施策略。
