摘    要:充分发挥混沌理论和遗传算法各自的优势,开发了混沌遗传算法,混沌遗传算法能有效地改进遗传算法的收敛速度慢、早熟收敛和有可能陷入局部最优点的缺陷。分析了城市交通这个复杂大系统的混沌性,并将混沌遗传算法成功应用于城市区域交通计算机控制信号配时优化。采用TSIS5.1进行了仿真,仿真结果表明:混沌遗传算法比遗传算法的收敛速度大大加快,且车辆平均延误和平均停车率都比遗传算法和固定周期法有明显的降低。

Abstract:A chaotic and genetic algorithm approach has been developed based on chaos theory and genetic algorithm approach,this algorithm can effectively improve the disadvantages of pure genetic algorithm approach that includes a small convergence velocity,a precocious convergence and falling into local optimum spot.The chaos characteristic in urban traffic system has been discussed,and then the chaotic and genetic algorithm approach has been used to area traffic signal timing optimization.A simulation has been done by means of the system of TSIS.The result shows that it can rapidly improve the convergence velocity,and the rate of delay and number of stops are all reduced obviously.
