摘    要:在CIMS工程实施过程中,最重要的是要解决系统的集成和优化。在系统集成方面,不仅要解决由诸多传感器采集到的信息的集成问题,而且要解决具有不同软、硬件结构的异构系统的集成问题。信息集成的目的一方面是为了解决资源共享问题,另一方面,更重要的是希望在集成基础上达到优化的目的,以提高企业的整体效益。文章结合国家863/长沙自来水CIMS应用示范工程课题,运用CIMS的哲理和技术,就制水过程控制在CIMS环境下的有关集成和优化控制问题进行了研究,在集成方面,提出了采用CORBA技术的通用集成结构和实现方式;在优化方面,提出了采用多传感器信息融合技术优化制水过程中的加矾控制的新方法;最后,在制水过程中予以实现。

Abstract:How to implement the integra ti on and optimal control is most important in the CIMS (Computer Integrated Manu facturing System).In order to realize the integration,the authors must integr ate the data,which are collected by many sensors,and the information,which ex ist in the heterogeneous systems with different software and hardware frame-w ork.The aim of the integration is to share the resources,and more important i s to optimize the control on the basis of the integration and get more benefits .In this paper,by the light of the theory and technology of the CIMS ,combin ing the CIMS project which is conducted by Changsha Water Supply Corporation,t he authors study in great detail and real-ize the integration and optimal contr ol in the process of water treatment.Taking advantage of the technology of the CO-BRA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)and the multi-sensor inform ation fusing,the authors bring forward the common arithmetic in the integration and the new optimal control methods in the control of the alum dosages,and bri ng them to success in water treatment .
