| 摘 要： | 目前基于Internet的多媒体通信系统逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。文章主要通过介绍IP电话的基本工作原理和比较IP电话与PSTN电话的各自优点,具体分析基于Internet语音通信系统所存在的一些技术问题,并提出解决问题的可行性方案。

| Abstract: | This paper is to introduce the basic mechanism of IP Phone,and outlines the differences of IP Phone and PSTN.The authors analyze the key technologic problems of Voice communication over IP net in detail,and the solutions to these problems are also discussed in the paper. |
