| Abstract: | The problem of how to express and analyze the semantics of mages /Video is one of most challenging issues.This paper proposes a closed loop model,which combines the objective semantics of images /video with the human sub-jective perceptual one.This paper also emphasizes that the semantic information is one of most important performance indexes to measure the qualities of given images /video shots,so we try to quantify the semantic information by a func-tion of weigh coefficients W. |
