| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了在SMT技术中对芯片的计算机图像处理及识别的设计思想和实现方法。采用有选择的局部平均化对芯片图像进行平滑处理,并分别用四邻、八邻和二阶巴特沃斯高通滤波器对芯片图像进行增强,实验结果说明该研究对芯片处理是有效的和实用的。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces image processing and recognition weans in SMT.It uses the selective local averaging for image smoothness.Also it includes image enhance based on four-neighborhood,eight-neighborhood and Butterworth high-pass filtering.The experiment result indicates that it is an available solution. |
