| Abstract: | With the improvement of the bandwidth of the wireless network,it is possible for the wireless video stream to be transmitted and received.In this paper,we design a wireless streaming service system based on the 3GPP protocols.The system,which consists of the server and client,adopts Audio/Video standards for Mobile(AVS-M) to com-press the video data.And we store the compressed data which is encapsulated in the 3GP file in the server for services.In this system,we use the session level protocols RTSP/SDP and the transport level protocols RTP/RTCP.This paper pays attention to the encapsulation of the AVS-M data stream into the 3GP file and the architecture of the streaming system. |
