摘    要:鄱阳湖区域历史上多次遭受洪灾的侵扰,1998年汛期江西省连续两次大暴雨致使湖区洪水泛滥,洪涝成灾,造成重大损失。为提前预防及降低洪涝灾害的损失,在国家科技部社会公益研究项目专项资金的支持下,笔者开展了对鄱阳湖区洪涝灾害的调查研究,开发了鄱阳湖区洪涝灾害遥感动态监测系统。该系统能根据历史数据和卫星遥感信息预测湖区洪涝灾害发生的可能性,动态监测湖区的洪涝灾害情况,进行灾后损失评估,能在一定程度上减少灾害造成的损失。

Abstract:Poyang Lake district suffered historically much flooding.The precipitation of every place in Jiangxi province has great impact on Poyang lake's water level.Whole province occurred continuous heavy rain two times at the flood season in1998,and the heavy rain caused flooding and became disaster,which brought nation and people to great dam-age.for the purpose of prevention and decreaseing flooding loss,and with the support of social public welfare investiga-tion item special fund of nationa technological department ,we investigated the Poyang Lake's flooding,and developed Flooding Disaster Romote Sensing Dynamic Monitoring System.The system can dynamicly monitor lake_area flooding and evaluate the damage of flooding,according to the historical data and possibility of satellite romote sensing information predicting lake_area flooding.The system will be useful for decreasing the damage of nation and people.
