| 摘 要： | 该文论述了车间生产管理系统和组件技术的发展,建立了车间管理系统组件体系模型和系统功能模型,提出了基于遗传算法的计划调度算法模型,构建了车间生产管理系统通用集成开发平台,研制出了基于组件的车间生产管理系统,并在西安某发动机(集团)公司得到了应用。

| Abstract: | Analyzing SAP and ORACLE company`s system,we can find a defect which can not adapt to the management of the manufacturing cell.Studying the results of Refs.1 through 5,these researching achievements include the design of the component and workshop-manager system,but these workshop-manager systems are applied a little.In this paper,we establish system structure of the component;our system structure includes 5 layers:application soft layer,shell component layer,sustaining component layer,core component layer,virtual database layer.In this paper,we present the planning scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm and process simulation;we have founded the component system flat of the workshop-manager and standard component base and current component base.We have exploited the workshop-manager system for the engine company quickly using the component system flat and founded the Xi'an engine company workshop-manager system's special component base.This system is applied in the Xi'an engine company. |
