| 摘 要： | 进行动态图像压缩时如何兼顾较高的编码速度与较低的码率成为编码的关键。该文采用基于DCT的编码,并对DCT变换进行了一定优化以提高编码速度。在解码的后处理部分,文章采用拉格朗日n次插值算法对图像进行扩张,使得图像获得更大的显示区域并有较好的显示效果。

| Abstract: | High speed and l ow bit rate coding is very important in dynamic image compression.The coding m ethod that this paper use base on DCT,and a fast implement method of DCT is di cussed.Further more,lagrange interpolation algorithm for image enlargement is applied after decoding,thus a larger view area can be reached. |
