| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个基于 ＸＭＬ和 ＨＴＴＰ的股票资金帐户和银行帐户的转帐协议的设计和实现。用 ＤＴＤ（文档类型定义）的形式时协议进行了描述，详细分析了协议的设计和实现应该注意的问题。提出了基于ＸＭＬ和ＨＴＴＰ进行应用层通讯协议的设计的思想。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the process of designing and implementing of money transfer between stock and bank. The Protocol is described with DTD(Document Type Definition)style.We analyze the questions which should be paid attention to when designing such kind of application.We also put forward ideas to design communication application based on XML and HTTP. |
