| 摘 要： | 知识的资源化和资本化,引起了对知识管理广泛的研究探索和应用实践,知识管理是电子商务和企业应用集成的新课题,已成为管理科学和工程研究的前沿和热点之一。文章分析了企业电子商务知识管理的需求,讨论了企业实施知识管理的关键问题,提出了一种基于企业信息门户(EIP)的企业知识管理解决方案,指出了关键的实现技术,最后展望了知识管理的发展趋势和前景。

| Abstract: | Knowledge Management (KM)is a new problem for e-commerce and Enterprise Application Integration(EAI ),and it has become one of the research front and hotspots in management science and engineering.In this paper,the re-quirements and key problems of e-commerce application oriented enterprise KM are discussed,a Enterprise Information Portal(EIP)based KM solution is presented,the key techniques for implementation are pointed.At last,the developing trends and foreground of KM are discussed also. |
