基于转基因的数据进化建模

在数据建模问题中,应用遗传编程算法可以实现模型的自动获取。但是由于遗传算子随机地选择操作点,可能会破坏个体的优良结构,甚至恶化新生成个体的性能。在生物工程中的转基因技术的启发下,设计转基因算子,将具有良好或者特殊性状的个体以完整模式导入进化个体中,保护优良个体的完整模式,同时改善遗传编程算法的收敛性。计算结果表明,这种改进方法易于实现,为数据的高效率建模提供一种新的方法。

Data Evolutionary Modeling Algorithm Based on Transgene

Genetic programming is applied to generate models automatically from a mass of data in data modeling.But model structure with better fitness is decomposed because such genetic operators as crossover and mutation select operation points randomly,which could worsen fitness of offspring.Therefore based on the transgene technology of bioengineering,transgene operator is developed to insert individual of better and special properties with whole schema into evolutionary individual.It could maintain the integrated structure of fine individual and enhance convergence of genetic programming.Experimental results of many data evolutionary modeling show that this improvement is so convenient that it can realize data evolutionary modeling with high efficiency.
