| 摘 要： | 通过对政府、企业日常办公的深入研究，确立了工作流的概念，进而提出了基于工作流的网络办公软件设计方法。工作流法较好地实现了软件的原子性和自组织性。以工作流法设计的系统具有很强的生命力和良好的动态性。
