摘    要:该文结合实际项目,首先介绍了引渠/灌渠/水库水情自动测报系统的功能要求,并在需求分析的基础上完成了系统的总体结构设计。之后对测控中心的两个子系统:测控系统和数据处理系统进行了详细设计,着重介绍了基于PSTN的远程数据通信协议设计以及数据库设计。最后采用Delphi编程实现了中心站系统软件。该系统的设计方案在解决同类问题中具有普遍适用性,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The paper firstly introduces the function requirements of the water regime automatic measuring and reporting system for the approach channel of the power station,irrigation canal or reservoir,and schemes out the overall structure of the system on the base of demand analysis.Then the writer designs two subsystems in detail:measuring subsystem and controlling subsystem,which run at the measuring and reporting center,gives emphasis to introduce the design of the communication protocol running on PSTN and the design of the database.Finally,the application of the measuring and reporting center is implemented by Delphi language.The design of this system has extensive applicability for the similar environment and requirements.The system is running well in practice.
