主轴变换在三维MRI图像校准中的应用

摘    要:文章主要讨论了如何把主轴变换法应用于三维MRI图像的校准中,重点研究了MRI图像与标准模板的校准。在MRI与标准模板匹配时,为了提高算法的效率和精度,首先将主轴法确定的旋转参数作为仿射变换的三个旋转参数初始估计值,然后对图像做灰度最小平方差的校准,实验表明取得了很好的效果。文章最后深入分析了图像的背景噪声对主轴变换法的影响以及使用分割法去除背景噪声的利弊。

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses how principal axis transform method can be used in 3D MRI image registration,especially about the registration of MRI image with the normal brain template.To enhance the efficiency and precision of the algorithm,firstly it uses the rotate parameters determinated by PAT(Principal Axis Transform) methodas the initial estimated value of rotate parameters in affine transform,then it adjusts image with intensity least-square error method.Good results are obtained in the experiments.Lastly the influence of the background noise of the image on the PAT methods and the advantages and disadvantages produced by removing the background noise using segmentation method are disscussed further.
