和H.324相兼容的可视电话系统设计及其实现

随着多媒体技术的飞速发展，人们对于可视电话的研究方兴未艾，但以前的研究工作基本上属于纯理论的，而且不同的系统之间不具备互连性，因此对于实际运用来说意义不是很大。该文针对国际通信联盟（ＩＴＵ）制定的Ｈ．３２４可视电话系统，提出了一个具体的实现方案，Ｈ．３２４标准虽然已经对整个系统特别是互连性进行了定义，但是仍然在理论和具体实现上给进一步研究留有限大余地。该文重点讨论软件实现的平台，音频和视频信号的采集软件的功能以及测试等问题。

Design and Implementation of H.324 CompatibleVideophone System

Although videophone research now is in the ascendant as the multimedia technology developing at very fast speed, previous research mostly belongs to rationalism and is not compatible, thus it is not practical. This paper first presents a specific implementation scheme based on ITU H.324 videophone protocals. Although H.324 have define the system especially the compatiblity.There are still many research areas in this field. such as soft- ware implementaion platform, sampling of voice and video signal,software functions and system compatible test method.
