基于灰度形态学的图像处理在焊缝识别中的应用

摘    要:焊缝轨迹的提取是自动化焊接的关键技术,它不仅要求焊缝提取的准确性,而且要求实时性。论文采用爬行机器人CCD获取的焊缝原始图像,充分利用其灰度分布信息,提出了一种基于灰度形态学的图像处理算法。该算法能针对不同的焊缝,通过灰度形态学滤波等处理,提取焊缝的特征。实验结果表明该算法能满足实时、准确性要求。

Abstract:Weld detection is the key technology in the automatic welding.It satisfies accuracy and real-time demand. This paper studies the original image obtained by means of CCD camera from mobile robot.According to the information of grayscale image,a new image processing method based on the grayscale morphology is proposed.h is fit for different welding images,and the welding image processing is very fast.From the experiment we come to the conclusion that the method can satisfy real-time and accuracy demand.
