| 摘 要： | 该文设计了一个玻璃瓶在线检测系统,用8个普通摄像机在线获取运行中的玻璃瓶瓶口图像,采用遮光箱内局部照明方式,用图像采集卡完成视频信号的计算机输入,两台计算机分别处理4个摄像头的图像,经过计算机之间的通讯完成数据综合,由服务器给出最终检测结果。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a bottle on-line detection system,eight video cameras are assembled on the product line to capture the images of the bottleneck,the local lighting is used in the light shelters.Bottle images are sent to two computers by image capture cards to realize the defection detection respectively.The sever combines the recognition results of two computers and gives out the final result,a bottle-kicking control signal will be given if a bottle is judged as a defection bottle. |
