| 摘 要： | 文章将人眼的感兴趣区视觉特性和渐进图像传输相结合,利用小波编码特性,通过组织合理的码流结构和编解码系统实现了一种感兴趣区渐进图像传输算法。实验证明,与一般渐进图像传输算法相比,由于该文算法充分考虑了人眼视觉特性,从而提高了图像传输的效率。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a wavelet based Region of Interest(ROI) progressive image transmission algorithm is proposed. This algorithm utilizes the superiority of wavelet and organizes one sound code stream which is consistent with the Human Visual System(HVS).By combining the ROI with the progressive image transmission,this algorithm enhances the efficiency of the image transmission. |
