| 摘 要： | 文章分析了信息系统总体分析和设计在集团公司信息化建设当中的作用,认为其是集团公司信息化建设中不可缺少的重要环节,能对后期的具体开发工作起到关键的指导作用。同时分析并指出了集团公司信息系统总体分析和设计的指导思想、原则、范围、内容、具体工作思路和应注意的问题等。最后给出了外经贸系统一个集团公司信息系统总体分析和设计的实例。
