| 摘 要： | 在BPR思想的冲击和带动下,企业过程建模和过程优化越来越得到企事业单位的重视,但大多数应用都把“建模基础上的系统开发”和“业务过程(生产过程)的优化”分开进行。文章首先提出了现阶段流程管理系统开发中存在的问题,分析企业过程建模与优化的特点,在应用实例中给出了如何用过程优化来指导PMIS系统的设计,最后通过该系统的各项统计结果来证明该设计方案的优化效果。

| Abstract: | Impacted and driven by BPR,enterprises pay more attentions on process modeling and optimization.But in most applications,″system development based on modeling″and″optimization of business process (manufacture process)″are implemented differently.In the paper,some problems of recent flow management systems are put forward firstly,fea-tures of process modeling and optimization of enterprises are analyzed,a way to guide design of PMIS system with pro-cess optimization in application cases is given,optimization effect of the design strategy is proven by statistical results of the system at last. |
