基于RS-485总线的现场监测单元的设计与实现

摘    要:针对分布式测控系统的特点,提出了一种新型的基于RS-485总线的现场监测单元。该现场监测单元采用了PC总线接插板技术,内部配有多种类型的数据采集卡,能兼容较多类型的传感器、执行器和智能仪器;软件系统使用DOS技术,结构化设计方法;工作方式结合了主从式和节点驱动式网络的优点。实践表明该现场监测单元具有较高的可靠性、实时性和开放性。

Abstract:In the light of the characteristic of Distributed Control System,this paper puts forward a new-style Local Monitoring Unit(LMU)based on RS-485bus.The LMU based on PC bus technology contains many data acquisition cards compatible with many kinds of sensors,performers and intelligent instruments.On the other hand it uses DOS technology and the structure method to design software system.And the working mode of the LMU has the advantage of master-slave mode and node-driving network mode.The practice shows that this kind of LMU has the character of high reliability,real-time and opening.
