回顾了软件重用和移植方面的研究,并对其进行比较。其目的是对两个领域的共性进行分析,以期对以后的研究工作有所裨益。通过比较,发现软件重用和软件移植在几个方面具有共同的研究领域,包括分类、规格说明和测试、软件确认、软件程序的发行、工程管理等。可移植软件需要按其移植属性进行分类,其目的与软件重用分类不同,但它们可具有相同或类似的机制。同时指出,在软件开发过程中同时对软件移植进行综合考虑并不难,然而困难的是对其进行管理。

Compare and Analysis of Software Rortability and Reusability

In order to analyze their common issues,researches on the software reuse and portability are viewed in this paper.It's hoped to be useful to future software management and development.Several common areas can be identified.They include classification,specification and measurement ,validation and verification,software process issues,and manage-ment issues.There is a need,for example,to classify applications by their portability attributes;the goal differs from that of reusable component classification,but similar mechanisms could be used.The organizational problem of integrating portability into the software development process is briefly considered.Benefits may be anticipated from integration of both portability and reuse.It appears,however,that integration of portability may be more easily accomplished,yet harder to justify to management.
