| 摘 要： | 管理信息系统的应用，正随着信息技术与网络技术的发展，逐渐步入开放式、全球化、以信息为中心的全信息服务模式之中，文章从管理信息系统的应用现状入手，论述了Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ应用的优势，从而提出了构建基于Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ管理信息系统（ＩＢＭＩＳ）的想法以及建立该系统的有利条件和重要意义，为这两者充分结合各自优势，互补长短，提供了新的思路。
