| 摘 要： | 论文论述了文字图像在水平倾斜和垂直倾斜条件下的倾斜矫正问题,提出了一种用连通区域找文字图像特征点为基础的倾斜矫正算法。文中以车牌识别系统中的文字图像作为例子来详细说明,并且给出了在GIS电子地图和OCR文字图像中的实际应用。在车牌识别系统中的实际应用表明,论文提出的方法有很高的准确度。

| Abstract: | The paper gives a method to rectify character images which have horizontal slant or vertical slant,and presents a rectification method based on finding the characteristic point of the character images using conneted area, and gives some examples in the License Plate Recognition System,and examples in OCR system.Practical application in the LPR system shows that this method has a relatively high correct rate. |
