| 摘 要： | 复合材料液-固挤压成形工艺的计算机仿真是研究该工艺过程及其参数变化规律的有效方法。该文以MAT-LAB语言为开发平台,结合VB进行界面设计,利用液-固挤压复合材料工艺过程的有限元模拟数据,实现了工艺过程中关键参数的可视化,包括温度场、应力场、应变场的静态显示和动态仿真,为优化工艺参数和该工艺的实际应用奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The computer simulation for liquid-solid extrusion forming process is a valid method to study on the process and the law of the change of its parameters.According to the data which is simulated by finite element method,based on MATLAB programming platform as well as VB,the visualization of the key process parameters is realized,including display of dynamic state and static state of the temperature field,stress field and strain field,which lays a foundation for studying and optimizing the parameters and the application of this technology. |
