摘    要:针对目前机床热误差检测系统结构复杂、布线麻烦、安装困难等问题,设计了基于无线传感网络的机床热误差智能检测系统,采用嵌入式、无线传感技术对机床温度场、热变形等信号进行实时采集、处理和监测,实现多地显示和故障报警等功能。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems in the system of machine tool thermal error detection such as structure complex, wiring trouble, installation difficult, a machine tool thermal error intelligent detection system based on wireless sensor network is designed. The system realized the functions of real-time acquisition, processing and monitoring for the signals of temperature field and thermal deformation of machine tool. And it can implement multi-displayer and fault alarm.
