| 摘 要： | 会议正日益成为企业运作管理与企业知识形成的重要途径，良好的会议管理对企业具有重大的意义。针对现阶段会议管理普遍存在的问题，通过分析企业知识形成的过程，提出了一种会议模型。在此基础上设计一个会议系统，不但能够对会议的议题、文档、记录、决议等相关信息进行统一管理，而且还构建了会议知识库以实现会议知识的查询与回溯，从而提高了企业知识形成的效率，并能够更有效地应用会议知识。

| Abstract: | Holding meeting is one important approach to form enterprise knowledge, it is very significant for the enterprise to have effective management on various meetings. To solve the problems that exist in current enterprise management, presents a management model for the meeting, designs a management system to collect valuable meeting information, and constructs a knowledge warehouse to support the search and the trace functions for the knowledge. This system can finally improve the formation efficiency of the enterprise knowledge and make full use of the meeting knowledge. |
