一种高精度超声测距系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了超声波测距的原理,分析了超声波测距产生误差的原因,设计一种高精度超声测距系统.提出通过确定回波前沿以计算渡越时间,实时测量环境温度修正超声波传播速度,以提高超声波测距精度的方法.在此基础上,设计了超声波测距系统的硬件和软件.实验结果验证了本系统具有精度高的优点.

Abstract:Introduces the principle of ultrasonic range measurement, and analyses the main error sources of ultrasonic range measurement, designs an ultrasonic range measurement system with high precision. A method of improving the precision of ultrasonic range measurement is described. In the method, the forward edge of echo can be determined accurately to calculate the time of flight, the speed of ultrasonic is corrected by measuring real - time environmental temperature. Based on the idea, the hardware and software of ultrasonic range measurement system have been designed. The experiment result shows that the advantage of this system is of high precision.
