智能交通的发展与研究

摘    要:本论文简述了智能交通系统在国际科学领域的发展概况,讨论了我国研究开发智能交通系统的优先链.文章提议我国应及早成立智能交通协调机构,在宏观上应首先制定发展智能交通系统的战略规划以及相应的技术标准体系,以保证智能交通系统的兼容性、扩展性和互联性.论证了我国优先发展的智能交通项目应首先考虑解决城市交通堵塞问题的必要性.

Abstract:This paper summarizes the development of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) in the world for the past decade, and discusses the research and development priority of ITS in China. In macro-view , it is pointed out that the strategic programming and the relevant technical standard system in China should be established first in order to ensure the compatibility, expansibility and interlink ability of ITS. It is suggested that the corresponding organization of ITS in China should be founded as soon as possible. The first developing item in China that should be considered is the problem of traffic congestion in cities.
