一种面向ERP外包项目的开发成本估算方法

对于软件项目而言,项目成本的有效控制是每个项目取得成功的标志之一。恰当的软件开发成本估算方法将大大提高成本估算的稳定性和可靠性,从而提高项目经理对项目成本的有效控制。本文在深入分析目前业界常用的软件项目开发成本估算方法的基础上,针对ERP外包软件项目开发生命周期的特点,提出了以ERP程序单元为最小单位的一种项目开发成本估算法,即FRICE估算法。该估算方法已经在大量ERP外包软件项目中得到了成功应用、实践和验证,它能有效地帮助项目经理对项目开发成本进行估算、控制和管理。

An Approach to Estimating the Development Costs for ERP Outsourcing Software Projects

Effectively controlling project development cost is an omen of success for a project. A Suitable estimation approach can significantly improve the stability and reliability for the cost estimation of a project, with a result that the project cost will be better controlled. After thoroughly analyzing popular approaches of software project development cost estimation and considering the features of the life cycle of ERP outsourcing software project, this paper proposed a FRICE estimation approach for ERP outsourcing software project. The validation of the approach has been proved by many large -scale ERP outsourcing projects. It's helpful for project managers to estimate,control and manage project costs.
