微生物发酵微机集散控制系统的开发研究

摘    要:微生物发酵过程是发酵行业中一个十分重要的生产环节,文章介绍了一种满足发酵生产过程计算机集散控制系统(DCS)的实际方案,讨论了系统功能及各级组成的设计问题。着重说明了实时控制中上下位机通信软件的编制,采用动态数据交换(DDE)服务方式进行实时数据通信,监控软件的数据库系统功能设计,以及DDE客户端程序的设计方法和注意问题

Abstract:Microorganism fermentation is an important step in production. This paper introduces a practical solution of a distributed control system satisfying the fermenting process. It also discusses the system functions and design problems with components at all levels. It describes especially programming of the real time control software on communication between upper and lower machines, real time communication using DDE, functional design of the database system of the monitoring software, and the design method of DDE client software.
