| Abstract: | The H.323 is ITU T's set of standards for multimedia conferencing over packet based networks. It applies TCP/IP and has a bright prospect. This paper gives an overview of the H.323 set of standards, and then describes the organization and principles of multimedia conferencing and IP telephony systems on the Internet. |
