| 摘 要： | 当前,电力供需矛盾十分突出,国家提倡能源的节约,尤其是电能的节约,制定措施推行分时电价和电力负荷控制装置的应用.95年以来全面推行分时电价,这几年也正是复费率电能表迅速发展的时期.电能表不再是简单的电能计量,而是集计量、电能管理、事件记录、自动抄表功能于一体的高科技产品。
