计算机本体理论在肺癌健康知识系统中的应用研究

根据《2012中国肿瘤登记年报》,肺癌已经成为中国恶性肿瘤发病和死亡率第一的疾病.开发有针对性的健康知识系统刻不容缓,首先,介绍了本体理论的基本概念,然后,基于本体构建模型给出了肺癌健康知识系统的主体框架,最后,基于j2ee开发技术实现了肺癌健康知识系统.

Study on Application of Computer Ontology Theory in Lung Cancer

According to the ＂2012 Chinese cancer registration report＂,lung cancer has become a malignant tumor incidence and mortality of the Chinese first disease.The development of the health knowledge system of brook no delay,first,this paper introduces the main frame of knowledge system,then divided into lung cancer knowledge display subsystem,lung cancer patients with dishes selection subsystem and data storage and update subsystem three parts respectively,detailed display of the corresponding knowledge tree structure,concrete contents and how to operate the examples of the realization,finally the three characteristics of the system.Second,this paper introduces the basic concepts of ontology,and then based on ontology construction model,gives the main framework system of knowledge of healthy lung cancer.At last,technology based on the J2EE realizes the system knowledge of healthy lung cancer.
