摘    要:该文论述基于了无轴传动技术的凹印机控制系统。该凹印机采用集成型无轴传动控制模式,它以虚拟电子轴取代传统机械的主传动轴,并取消传统套色系统所需的浮动辊机构,从而将传动与套色融为一体,电子轴将直接作用于印刷版辊。该文以贝加莱的PCC、ACOPOSmulti伺服驱动器和Ethernet POWERLINK实时工业以太网在该系统中的应用为例,着重描述了该无轴凹印机控制系统的技术方案。无轴传动控制技术的应用,简化了机械的传动结构,优化了控制的协调性和稳定性,缩短了过料时间,实现了凹印机的高精度、高印速和高套准控制。

Abstract:The paper discussed the gravure press control system based on shaft-less drive technology. The intaglio press adopts an integrated shaft-less drive control mode in which the virtual electronic shafts are used to substitute for the main drive shaft of tra- ditional machinery and also the mechanism of floating roller needed by traditional color register system is canceled, thus the drive will be fused together with the color register, and the electronic shafts will directly act up on the printing rollers. The paper emphatically expounds the technical scheme of the shaft-less gravure press control system by taking the application of B&R~ PCC, ACOPOSmulti servo drive and Ethernet POWERLINK real time industrial Ethernet in the above system as an example. The mechanical transmission structure is simplified, the cooperativeness and stability of the control are optimized, the material feeding time is shortened by using the shaft-less drive control technology and therefore realizes the control of high-precision, high printing speed and high-accuracy reg- istration for the intaglio printing press.
