料钟式高炉的TRT加压阀组控制程序设计

摘    要:高炉煤气余压透平发电装置(简称TRT)目前在国内料罐式炉顶高炉上已得到了普遍应用,对高炉顶压这一重要冶炼参数的控制已能达到较好水平。根据最新对TRT系统的研究,国内外新上TRT的先决条件不是高炉容积而是高炉顶压,只要顶压能维持在120kPa以上就具备30%以上能源回收率及环境净化价值。本文着重讨论了料钟式高炉的TRT加压阀组控制程序,采用双PID回路设计来实现安全、高品质的顶压调节在大型DCS Ovation系统中的应用。

Abstract:At present, the unit of Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery. Turbine (it is abbreviated as TRT) has been generally applied on the domestic material tank top blast furnace, and the control for top gas pressure of blast furnace, an important smelting parameter, has been able to achieve a better level. According to the latest research for TRT system, the precondition of new investment in TRT at home and abroad is not volume, but top pressure of blast furnace, the blast furnace will possess the energy recovery rate of over 30% and the environment purification value, so long as the top pressure can be maintained above 120kPa. This paper in emphasis discuss- es the control programs for TRT pressure valve group of eharging bell blast furnace and the application of safe and high quality top pressure regulation in the large DCS with Emerson Ovation is realized by adopting the design of dual PID loops.
