基于模糊控制的汽车主动悬架仿真研究

摘    要:本文建立了汽车振动的四分之一车体悬架模型和悬架系统的振动微分方程,并利用Matlab/Simulink软件实现了两自由度主动悬架的仿真模型。应用传递函数方法,对主动悬架在不同路况下的控制策略进行了深入研究,给出了相应的模糊控制策略,并进行仿真实验。仿真结果表明,装备了主动悬架的整车与被动悬架控制相比,前者在很大程度上降低了车身加速度、悬架动挠度和轮胎的相对动载荷,从而有效地提高了汽车的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性。

Abstract:In this paper, a quarter of vehicle body suspension model and the oscillatory differential equations of suspension system for automobile vibration are established and the simulation model of active suspension of 2 DOF is achieved by using Matlab/ Simulink software. The transfer function method is applied to deeply study the control strategies of active suspension in the diverse road conditions and the corresponding fuzzy control strategy is given, furthermore the simulation experiment is implemented. The simulation results indicate that the finished automobile equipped with active suspension is compared with the passive suspension control, the automobile body's acceleration, the dynamic deflection of suspension and the relative dynamic load of tires of the former are reduced in a large part, and thus the riding comfortableness and the control stability of the automobile are improved effectively as well.
