倾斜卧式油罐体积与液面高度的计算方法

摘    要:许多油气罐在使用一段时间后,由于地基变形等原因,罐体可能发生变位从而导致罐容表的参数发生变化。本文采用定积分的微元法,推导出了油罐储油量与液面高度及变位参数之间的计算模型。用Mathematica软件计算出了罐体纵向倾斜角分别为0°和4.1°时,油面高度间隔为5cm的标定罐容表。

Abstract:After a lot of oil-storage tanks were in use for a period of time, the position of tank is likely to be changed, that will lead to change the parameters of the tank-capacity chart due to the deformation of the tank foundation and other reasons, The com- putation model of the relationship between the oil reserve, liquid level and deflexion parameter of oil tank is derived by adopting the definite integral infinitesimal method, and the calibration tank-capacity chart of 5cm interval of oil level height while the longitudinal slant angles to be 0° and 4.1° respectively is calculated by using Mathematiea software as well in this paper.
