基于Profibus—DP的直进式拉丝机控制系统设计

摘    要:本文介绍一种基于Profibus—DP现场总线的六头直进式拉丝机同步调速控制系统,主控制器采用西门子S7—300 PLC。该文主要论述了该变频调速系统的硬件结构和控制原理,详细介绍了控制系统通讯的实现以及软件设计流程。应用结果表明,该控制系统运行效果达到设计要求,具有良好的实用性和推广价值。

Abstract:In the paper the author introduces a synchronous speed control system of straight line wire drawing machine with the six heads based on Profibus-DP, in which the SIMATIC S7-300 PLC was used as the master controller. This paper focuses on discussion about the hardware structure and the controlling principle of the variable frequency speed control system, the realization of communication of the controlling system and the software designing flow. The application results indicate that the controlling system has met the designing requirement and proved its practicability and popularization value.
