光纤Bragg光栅传感器在应变测量中的温度补偿

摘    要:由于光纤光栅Bragg波长对温度与应变均敏感,它本身无法区别温度和应变引起的波长变化,导致温度和应变的交叉敏感问题制约其发展。因此,在用光纤Bragg光栅传感器进行应变测量中,必须采取措施进行温度补偿。该文介绍了几种温度补偿方法及其工作原理和特点,并举实例说明其具体实施方法。

Abstract:The Bragg wavelength of fiber Bragg grating are sensitive to both temperature and strain, but itself can not distinguish the wavelength shift caused by temperature or strain changes respectively, and thus the cross-sensitiveness problem of temperature and strain, which restricts its development. Therefore, in the strain measurement by using fiber Bragg grating sensor, necessary measures should be taken to compensate the temperature. The paper introduces several methods of temperature compensation and its working principle, characteristics, and examples of the specific implementation.
