摘    要:由于在纯碱碳化塔中部温度控制系统中,其控制对象本身的滞后较大,用传统PID控制方式来调节温度,达到系统稳定状态的时间过长,而改用智能控制与传统PID控制相结合的方法,能充分发挥智能控制的优点,极大地缩短系统稳定的时间,并增强系统的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:Because the temperature control in the middle section of the alkali-making reaction carbonization tower is characterized with great lag, the traditional control method that uses the PID regulator to modulate the middle section temperature is of disadvantage. One reason is that it takes much longer time to reach a stable state of the system. In contrast, a combination of the intelligent control and the traditional PID control presented in this paper, which brings the intelligent control into full play, can decrease the time for reaching the system stableness and strengthen the capability of anti-interference.
