| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种基于组态软件与PLC的发酵罐自动加碱控制与管理系统，该系统对发酵罐整个发酵过程进行自动化监视、管理和PH值恒定控制，保证了产品质量的稳定性，方便了企业的管理并减轻了操作工人的劳动强度。目前该系统已在三个黄原胶生产车间中得到实际应用，控制效果良好。

| Abstract: | This article introduces an automation alkalifying control and management system based on the configuration software and the PLC, which can achieve the automatic monitoring, management and PH value constant control in the entire fermentation process of fermenter to ensure the stability of product quality; it is convenient for the management of enterprise and eases the labour in- tensity of operational workers. The system has a good control effect in the practical application of the three production workshops of xanthan gum. |
