Application of Delta 20PM Motion Controller in the Packaging Film Hole Puncher

Delta motion controller and servo drive system have been applied to packaging film hole puncher for foodstuff industry. The Application example indicates that it is an excellent solution of which by adopting the non-periodic cam control mode and cam table based high speed AC servo drives to substitute for the rapid air cylinder to punch. The composition of the hole puncher control system is introduced in brief with the emphasis on the analysis of the two key control elements of the ＂function of chasing shear＂ and ＂function of high speed comparison and capture＂ and the parts of the application program in this paper.
