火电厂DCS主辅一体化及辅控集中控制模式的应用效益

摘    要:随着分散控制系统的发展,DCS控制系统在电厂的使用越来越普及,不仅主机采用了DCS控制,现在越来越多电厂的辅助车间也开始采用DCS控制,随着辅助车间也广泛采用DCS控制系统,使得辅助车间控制采用统一集中布置控制变得更加容易实施,本文结合本厂DCS主辅一体化及辅控集中控制模式的实际实施、应用情况,介绍一下这种模式在人员配备管理和设备管理、维护、巡检等方面所产生的效益。

Application Benefit of Main and Auxiliary Power Plant DCS Integration and Auxiliary Control Centralized Control Mode
Abstract:Along with the development of Distribute Control System, the DCS control system is used more and more popular in the power plant, not only the host machine adopts DCS control, now more and more power plant auxiliary workshop also began to use the DCS control, with the auxiliary workshop also widely adopted control system with DCS, which makes the auxiliary control adopts centralized arrangement control easier to implement.In this paper, combined with the factory DCS main and auxiliary, control, and the actual implementation, integration and application of centralized control mode, it introduces this model in personnel management and equipment management, maintenance, inspection and other aspects of the benefits.
