The Implementation of an Electronic CAPP System

This paper introduces the implementation of an electronic computer-aided process planning system. Firstly we analyze the main job, then we discuss the design scheme of this system. It adopts a hierarchical and flexible architecture and combines with deriving method and creating method. At the same time artificial intelligence is applied to technics design, so it forms a professional system.
