| 摘 要： | 阐述了医药工业中优良自动化生产准则(GAMP)对自动控制系统的验证模型,对现场仪表的要求和校准管理策略,介绍了21CFR第11部分对医药工业自动化设备的规范及要求,并给出了基于以上准则和规范的自动化系统及仪表在单克隆抗体生产过程中的应用。

| Abstract: | Besides the validation model defined by Good Automation Manufacturing Practice for automation system,the requirements and calibration management strategy for GAMP based field instruments and the norms of 21 CFR Part11 for automation devices in pharmacy industry are also expounded in this paper. The application of automation system and instruments based on GAMP and 21 CFR Part11 in Monoclonal Antibody production is mentioned in the end. |
