无轴传动控制系统在凹版印刷机中的应用

摘    要:凹版印刷机集成型无轴传动控制系统是采用虚拟电子轴传动取代传统机械主传动轴,彻底取消传统套色系统所需的浮动辊机构,从而将传动与套色融为一体,直接作用于印刷版辊的一种自动化伺服控制系统。该文介绍了无轴传动系统的分类和技术特点,并以贝加莱的PCc、ACOPOSmulti伺服驱动器和Ethernet POWERLINK实时工业以太网在该系统中的应用为例,论述了该无轴凹印机控制系统的技术方案。无轴传动控制技术的应用,简化了机械的传动结构,优化了控制的协调性和稳定性,缩短了过料时间,实现了凹印机的高精度、高印速和高套准控制。

Application of Shaft-less Drive Control System in the Gravure Press
Abstract:The integrated shaft-less drive control system of the gravure press is a kind of automation servo control system in which the virtual electronic shafts are adopted to substitute for the main drive shaft of traditional machinery to completely cancel the mechanism of floating roller needed by traditional color register system, thus the drive will be fused together with the color register, and the electronic shafts will directly act up on the printing rollers. The paper introduces classification and technical characteristics of shaft-less drive system and expounds the technical scheme of the control system of shaft-less gravure press by taking the application of B&R's PCC, ACOPOSmulti servo drive and Ethernet POWERLINK real time industrial Ethernet in the above system as an example. The mechanical transmission structure is simplified, the cooperativeness and stability of the control are optimized, the material feeding time is shortened by using the shaft-less drive control technology and therefore we realize the control of the intaglio printing press with high-precision, high printing speed and high-accuracy registration.
