摘    要:发电机在运行中,发电机氢气湿度是一项重要的监测指标,氢气湿度是否在规定范围内直接影响着机组的安全运行。过于干燥的环境会对发电机定子的某些部件产生有害的影响,造成端部垫块收缩和支撑环裂纹,将导致定子端部绝缘发生磨损。湿度过高,水汽在氢气温度过低时会产生结露,降低发电机绝缘,可能进一步造成发电机故障。氢气湿度的变化与密封油、除湿装置等系统的运行质量息息相关,因此对氢气湿度的控制也主要从上述系统着手。

The Analysis and Processing of Main Reasons to the Hydrogen Humidity Changed Enormously in Generator
Abstract:The Hydrogen humidity of a generator is an important monitoring index.Whether its humidity is within the allowed range directly affects the operation safety of the generator.Too dry environment will have harmful effects on some components of the generator stator,leading to the shrinking of cushion block and cracking of support ring and causing the abrading of insulation part of the monitoring index.With a too high humidity,aqueous vapour will condense when the Hydrogen temperature is very low,and as a result the generator's insulation will be reduced to further cause generator breakdown.The variation of the Hydrogen humidity is closely linked to the system's operation quality such as seal oil and dehydrating unit.Therefore,how to control the Hydrogen humidity should take the system operation into account.
